Rules and Regulations

General Studio Booking Rules

  • There is no 2-hour minimum to book at DreamChaser Studios, however, if you choose to only book 1 hour to shoot, clean-up time is included in your time. If you exceed your booked time for cleaning up you will be charged for the additional time.

  • To book the studio (or any additional equipment packages), you must pay the full amount prior to arriving. Failure to pay and complete the booking process means you have not reserved the space

  • Any Lessee is required to reset the studio back to the state it was at the beginning of their session

  • Anyone Lessee of the studio is required to have their full information and a card on file in case of damages or additional fees

  • You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your scheduled time, provided there is not another session or client still in the space.

  • Any items intentionally left at the studio after your session for storage purposes without permission are now the property of the studio.

  • Please keep track of the time remaining during your studio reservation to ensure you finish on time.

  • You agree to not sue or hold DreamChaser Studios, Bobby Kerns Productions, or any other related entity should you harm or injure yourself on the premises. You understand that Bobby Kerns Productions and DreamChasers Studios are not responsible for any misuse or improper use of equipment or materials.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • There are no refunds for cancellations for missed sessions. If you miss your session you must pay for a new time.

  • If a Lessee cancels the session at least 48 hours before the scheduled time a full refund for the booked time will be given.

  • If a Lessee cancels the session within 48 hours before the scheduled time a full refund for the booked time will be given.

Uses of the Space and Equipment

  • DreamChaser Studios is not currently an event space, nor do we host events. The maximum amount of people that can be at the studio space at one time is 10. Please inquire if you have any questions.

  • Our studio is not soundproof, which may present different situations when attempting to film video or audio/podcasting.

  • Paper confetti is permitted. Glitter, fireworks, fire, and smoke bombs are not permitted.

  • No smoking or drugs permitted anywhere on site.

  • Equipment rental is only for studio use. All equipment owned by DreamChaser Studios and Bobby Kerns Productions that is used during your session is not permitted to leave the studio for any reason. Equipment taken from the studio without permission will result in additional charges and prosecution if not returned.

By booking studio space at DreamChaser Studios you agree to adhere to all of the above rules and regulations and state that you have read and understand all of the information provided.
