Talking head reels can be filmed at our studio or at your location for a higher rate. There is a 2 reel minimum for any reel shoot.

  • All shoots have a 2 reel minimum.

    Filming at our studio is the most cost effective way to build your social media through talking head reels. We have multiple sets with different furniture, backdrops and lights to match your setting to your brand.

    If you’d prefer to shoot at your own location we do that as well! We have a 2 reel minimum with a $50 up-charge for out of studio reels.

  • Special Effects and Stock Footage

    If you want to spice up your reels with additional graphics and stock footage, we’ve got you covered! For $15 per reel we will add a premium touch to reach reel without you having to do any extra work.

    This will be invoiced separately after your shoot.

  • Caption Styling

    Your band has colors and font styles, and we can mak your videos match! Just provide us with the hex codes for your colors and the font files you use and watch your content reflect your brand.

  • Additional Broll

    If you need some additional footage captured for your reels or would like to turn it more into a commercial, let’s chat about your vision for updated pricing, or see if a different video production is right for you.

  • Talking Head Reels consist of one (1) person on camera talking about a topic, product or announcement with captions on screen. B-roll can be added on top for reference as secondary content, but the primary focus of the video is whoever is speaking on camera. Talking Head Reels are up to ninety (90) seconds and shot vertically only with a tripod. Special effects and stock footage can be added for an additional rate. Additional broll can be provided by you to add in, or shot by BKP for an additional fee.

  • Talking head reels are great for having a high quality way of talking to your audience, whether it’s just brief thoughts on a topic, an announcement or explaining something about your industry or services. Think of it as your own solo podcast but episodes are only up to 90 seconds. Your audience will get used to seeing and hearing from you, allowing you to build brand awareness, trust and brand personality.

  • Talking head reels are not comprised solely of broll and must include someone speaking on camera. They are also not substitutes for commercials as they are filmed vertically and do not come with additional broll filmed.

  • After booking your session you’ll want to write down what you want to talk about. This can either be in bullet points or a full script. When shooting in studio a teleprompter is available to you for easy delivery. You’ll be able to read your notes or script as you record while still looking directly into the camera.

  • The purpose of Talking Head Reels is to give you consistent social media content. If you only shoot 1 or 2, it defeats the purpose of taking your content in a new path because the consistency isn’t there.
