Our goal is always to capture photos at conventions in a way that couldn’t be replicated on an iPhone or from an amerture. Whether that’s photographing attendees on the con floor, a photo booth or covering main events and panels, we do it all. Video is the easiest and most direct way to showcase your event, to both highlight attendees and to show people at home what they missed out on. Below are some of the previous photo galleries that match the services we can offer to you.

Our Services For You

Full Convention Photography

Multi-day conventions open the door for infinite photo possibilities, from awesome cosplays to featured guests, main events and more! And with all these opportunities comes the need to cover them. Full Convention Photography Coverage means we’ll float around the con the entire length and get all of the photos that truly showcase the event. Once all photos are edited after the con, attendees have access to a public gallery to download their images and post to social media, performers receive their own private gallery and you as the convention would receive all images in a combined gallery.

Cosplay Photo Booth

We can provide either solid color backdrops with color/white strobe lights or create some virtual background options that people can be placed in based on their cosplay. Attendees can receive a certain amount of photos for free and then purchase additional images or book a future full session.

Photo Booths for cosplayers allow you to both showcase some amazing talent gathering but also allows for a more an additional way to promote on social media because more people will have quality photos of themselves to post.

Daily Recap Films (12 Hour Turnaround)

Want to have some amazing social media posts that encourage new attendees every day? Daily recap films that showcase the previous day of the con are the best way to ensure everyone online knows how much they’re missing out. Recap films would be delivered by noon of the following day and would be a 1 minute recap of key moments from the previous day, as well as showcase amazing cosplays!

Full Convention Film Recaps

Full Recap Films put the perfect button on what will have been a great con. There are multiple ways to showcase the con, from a more documentary style film with interviews and a day by day look (around 10-15 minutes), to something more simple that highlights some of the best moments across 3-6 minutes.

Pricing

Pricing for our clients is determined by a number of factors, including location and services requested, so please reach out to connect further and receive a quote.

Booking Information

Ready to move forward with booking us? Here are the steps to booking:

1. Deposit: Paying the deposit will solidify photo or video coverage of your event in our calendar and officially make you our client! The deposit amount always includes travel fees, and upon recieving it we will begin arranging our travel and coverage plans. Your invoice and contract will be sent out together with all details included inside. We use Square services for Invoicing and Contracts to ensure an easy and secure booking process. The deposit amount is usually 50% of the overall amount + traveling fees.

2. Planning: In order to properly prepare to service you, we’ll want to hop on a call or further converse over email/text to get more details about what you’re looking for and any last minute details.

3. The Remaining Balance: For all sessions by Bobby Kerns Productions, the full balance must be paid before the event.
